## What Whisper does
- Guests film their venue visit on TikTok; venues pay only for verified local views, hard-capped at 240 EUR net per video.
- Venue pricing: set a CPM between 3 and 6.50 EUR per 1,000 verified local views; optional 100 EUR license for a top video; no setup fees, no minimum spend, no contracts; billed monthly.
- Creator earnings: up to 6 EUR per 1,000 views, up to 180 EUR per video, optional 50 EUR licensing bonus, each video earns for 30 days, withdraw at 50 EUR, no follower minimum. TikTok only for now; Instagram on the roadmap.
- Every video passes a manual brand-safety and tone review before it counts.
