Whisper is a performance-based UGC marketing platform for local experience venues. Guests earn rewards for posting TikTok videos of their visit, and venues pay only per verified local view, capped at 240 EUR per video. No production costs, no contracts, no minimum spend.

Whisper is the opposite: no upfront fee, no contracts, no influencer-speak. You pay purely on performance, per verified view, after the video is published.
We manually review every video for brand safety and tone. Only approved videos count toward billing. You can add your own brand guidelines and we will enforce them.
240 EUR net. That is a hard cap per creator. Even if a video goes viral or a creator submits multiple videos, you will never pay more.
You pay only for real, local views, no waste. At a 5 EUR CPM that is 0.005 EUR per view. Cheaper than any Meta ad with local targeting, and the content keeps working long after the spend.
First videos usually go live within the first two weeks. Reach compounds as more guests post, and most venues see their strongest videos in month two.
No. Whisper activates guests through the app, so you don't have to ask, promote, or hand out anything. Anyone who feels like posting uploads their video and gets paid automatically.
We reject it, and you don't pay. Every video goes through our brand-safety and tone review before it counts. Your own guidelines, if you set them, are part of that review.

For creators
Not every venue is live yet. If your video matches a campaign, you get paid. If it doesn't, you lose nothing.
Every submission is reviewed. Content has to follow simple guidelines, show the venue positively but honestly, and mention the name and location.
No. Payouts are based on views, not followers. Whether you have 100 or 10,000 followers, it's the same.
Only what's needed to verify view counts. Nothing beyond public performance data.
Of course, but Whisper is TikTok only for now. Instagram is on the roadmap.
Whisper is 100% free for creators, forever. Right now you can visit our partners for free and earn up to 180 EUR per video.
We verify views for 30 days and pay out based on performance. You can withdraw once you reach 50 EUR.
